Good health and wellness is more than the absence of illness, physical health, exercise, or nutrition. According to the World Health Organization, good health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Good health really covers the entire body, mind, and spirit being in balance. Through the coaching process, we take a look at the 8 dimensions of wellness: Physical, Nutritional, Intellectual, Occupational, Environmental, Social, Emotional, and Spiritual (from a Christian perspective). Each of the dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to the quality of our life so that we can better understand the overall condition of our body, mind, and spirit.
